YOGA



So today I went and signed up for Bikram Yoga! I may be completely insane, but I feel that this could benefit me in more ways than I even know! I will let you know how I truly feel Tuesday after class.

If you don't know what Bikram Yoga is, it is basically 26 poses you do in a room that is between 105-109 degrees! Am I insane!!!!!!! I hate being hot first of all, I get hot very easily, so I am terrified of overheating, I have only done yoga maybe three times in my life!!!!! Wish me luck on this crazy adventure I am about to put myself through!

I think it will be really good for me! The benefits people get from Bikram Yoga is pretty incredible! It releases so many toxins, strengthens your body, helps you lose weight, heal injuries, makes you feel and look great, Improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, improve breathing...ect!

I really want to stick to this, and become commited to Yoga!!!! I'll let you know how it goes!!
